These clips were designed for any stoves that use M8 nuts to secure the glass, most commonly is Villager. They include solid brass nuts to reduce the risk of seizing, and flexible steel clip designed to hold the glass tightly, but flex slightly to prevent cracking of the glass.

It is very important when fitting any glass clips, that the clip is not flattened, the flexible curve is there to act almost like suspension, to prevent cracking of the glass. Simply use a 13mm spanner or socket set to secure the clip until it comes into contact with the glass. As mentioned do not tighten it further as this will flatten the clip, the clip must remain curved to prevent cracking the glass.
